Souvenirs d'un futur passé date est un projet personnel qui n'a pas d'autre but que d'être drôle. Basé sur la vaste collection de vieux livres de science-fiction du père d'un ami, on s'est amusé à détourner le titre et le résumé de l'histoire en s'imaginant ce que l'illustration pourrait suggérer comme alternative. L'exercice m'a poussé à rendre le résultat le plus vraisemblable possible en respectant les typographies d'origine ainsi qu'en reproduisant l'usure des livres sur les changements que j'ai apportés. à noter aussi que les livres sont réintégrés à de nouveaux arrière-plans et que les ombrages sont également recréés. Souvenirs d'un futur passé date ("Memories of an Expired Future" in french) is a personal project that has no other purpose than to be funny. Based on a friend's father's vast collection of old sci-fi books, we had fun twisting the title and story summary by imagining what the illustration might suggest as an alternative. The exercise pushed me to make the result as probable as possible by respecting the original typographies as well as reproducing the wear and tear of the books on the changes I made. also note that the books are reintegrated with new backgrounds and that the shadows are also recreated.
